You can contact us directly by email.

What Information Should I Include?

Please include the following information:

  • Make and model of your phone or tablet, e.g. Apple iPad 10th generation, or Samsung Galaxy S20
  • A short description of what went wrong, vs what you expected.

We might also request additional information, like:

  • Your device customer ID which is available in the "Settings" tab.
  • ... you can include just the bit before the first hyphen, unless we ask for more, e.g. for 09aae183-4cbf-7420-a06f-06f2bf35341 you can say 09aae183- and usually we won't need to ask for the rest.

And possibly:

  • A screenshot of the error you're getting, if you can manage it
  • Whether you use WiFi or only a cellular data plan.

When Will You Respond?

We're a very small company, so it can take 1-2 business days for us to respond, but we answer all support emails in the order we receive them.

Do You Have Phone Support?

In some instances, we can arrange for a phone call to help iron out any issue that can't be handled over emails.
